Member-Only Email Groups
You must be a current NYCHEA member to participate in any of these groups. Once we receive your membership form, we will send you an invite to join Announcements. You will be responsible to join the chat groups. Your membership will be confirmed to join.
These NYCHEA active, member-run discussion groups are on yahoogroups. Please follow the links if you'd like to join. Please register for a yahoo ID at yahoo.com if you don't already have one.
Chialist- a moderated, low-volume unofficial discussion group.
NYCHEA_Announcements- This is THE official email announcement group. As of April 2008, all NYCHEA members must be members of this low-volume list, as Newsletters will only be available via the Files folder to subscribed members.
All dues paying, current NYCHEA members are eligible for inclusion. Each list requires approval by the owner which may take a few days.

After your membership application has been approved, you will receive an email invitation to join NYCHEA Announcements and Chialist, our chat group. If you would like to join Unofficial NYCHEA, please contact the listowner directly through Yahoo Groups. You will also receive a welcome e-mail with information about your member benefits from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make this address one of your contacts so that emails from us do not go into your SPAM folder, or check your SPAM folder periodically for messages from this email address.If you don’t receive anything from NYCHEA more than one week after submitting your registration form, please e-mail email@example.com.
If you do not already have a Yahoo ID, you will need to get one. You DO NOT have to use the Yahoo ID as your main e-mail address.
