Our membership year runs from September-August, but new members may join anytime during the year. If you join between between July 1 and August 31, your membership will extend to September 1 of following year. NYCHEA offers a limited amount of scholarship assistance to families for whom the annual dues present a financial burden. To Join NYCHEA (and to renew membership)
Fill out the online membership form below. Payments can be made online through PayPal or by mail. If paying by mail, submit the form online, then send a check or money order for $42 or $21 to NYCHEA Membership, 511 Avenue of the Americas #332, New York, NY 10011. Make the check out to NYCHEA.
After your membership application has been approved, you will receive a welcome e-mail with details about membership and an invitation to join NYCHEA's Yahoo groups. As a member, you must join NYCHEA Announcements (see NYCHEA Chat page for more information). If you don’t receive anything from NYCHEA more than one week after submittinging your registration, please e-mail us at email@example.com. Please add that email address to your contacts so that emails from us do not go into your SPAM folder.
